Doing your homework in the material selection section saves time and money on the waste management end. A wise man once said “Failing to prepare is preparing to fail”. This is also very true when you try to run a green production. That is why we feel it’s so important to involve a green consultant at a very early stage in the project. 360GREEN introduces a revolutionary concept in the field of set design. This is an innovative, sustainable and completely new type of quick assembly system for film, series and show wall flats.

This system is built from prefabricated, recyclable and renewable elements, available in every configuration and sizing needed. These are completely wood-free and consist largely of recycled aluminium. This makes the system light, stable, fire-retardant and easy to transport at the same time. Because of it’s flexibility means it is a pure plug & play system. The individual elements are connected to each other without tools. As a result, assembly and disassembly only take a fraction of the time that would be required for a comparable fully wooden set. And since the parts can be reused for as many sets as you like, they don’t have to be thrown away after a single use. The system is currently only offered for rent.
